Bradford man stopped for expired plates
BRADFORD – Expired licence plates led to liquor charges against a local man Tuesday afternoon.
South Simcoe police stopped a pickup truck at 2:50 p.m. with expired licence plates.
While speaking to its driver, the traffic unit constable smelled alcohol.
A roadside test resulted in a 'warn' range suspension for a 40-year-old man and his driver's licence was suspended for three days.
He was also ticketed for having open liquor in the truck, and for the expired plates.
