Bradford man facing charges there, in Toronto
A Bradford man accused of indecent acts outside homes there is also facing sexual assault and robbery charges from 2013 in Toronto.
Between May 2016 and March 2017, South Simcoe police received three complaints about a man masturbating outside homes in Bradford West Gwillimbury.
Investigators were able to identify a 37-year-old local man, he was arrested in early June and faces several charges – including three counts of committing an indecent act, three counts of voyeurism, three counts of criminal harassment, trespassing by night and mischief.
Forensic evidence gathered by South Simcoe police led directly to an arrest by Toronto police.
On June 4, 2013, a woman was in a park in the area of Keele Street and Rustic Road.
Police say she saw a man exposing himself and committing an indecent act. As she tried to leave, she was sexually assaulted and robbed.
Toronto police have arrested the same 37-year-old man.
He is charged with sexual assault, robbery, criminal harassment and committing an indecent act.
The man has a July court date in Toronto.
